Presidential Whitefish

Fresh Lake Superior whitefish presented on a bed of spinach and mashed potatoes with a Pommery Hollandaise

Salmon In Parchment

Filet of organic Scottish salmon wrapped in parchment paper with julienne vegetables,

crème fraiche and aromatic fresh herbs, served tableside

Roast Ducking

 Bed of wild rice pancake with cherry and thyme demi glaze

Veal Valdostana

Medallions of thinly pounded Veal, layered with Fontina cheese, sliced Heirloom tomatoes and fresh basil with a lemon caper sauce
