Baked Halibut, with Dungeness crab, toasted pistachio and fresh dill 


Presidential Whitefish

Lake Superior whitefish on a bed of mashed potatoes and sautéed organic spinach with a Pommery hollandaise


Roast Rack of Veal Forestiere 

Roasted rack of Veal with a medley of sauteed wild mushrooms and a Cabernet demi glace
